Singnet free upgrade?

  I just received a mail from singnet saying my bandwidth is now doubled from 512kbps to 1 mbps, for free !!
  
  Anybody else also receive this?

  i already knew it before i receive the mail. coz i can "feel" the speed. wahahah....

  Never noticed any change in speeds yet... but according to my modem's log, the downstream speed is 3.2Mbps, about 6 times of my 512 that I received for the past 2 years.
