He's right. Slow jogs, half an hour each session; maintain a comfortable pace throughout your jog [try not to walk if possible] and for goodness sake never use a treadmill. To see results, you must stay committed to your exercise regime once you've planned one. In addition, you need to tweak your diet to include more fruit and greens. Get enough sleep and rest too.
