I have seen a lot of officer cadets who have more than 10k in bank. Every month they earn about 1k and since they train for 9 months without much time for leisure, they save up a lot of money.

It nothing big deal of having 10k or even 100k in bank account. Some of my ex-club memeber has a least 500k in the posb account... I have meet people as young as 20 owning millions in their bank.
