he's damn dynamic la, the way he gives speeches and he's super motivational. last time he gave speech in ntu and me and my friend went. after that we were like damn motivated to work hard for our exams.
dunno abt the part of sounding arrogant. imo he has the quality to be one la. (no flames please) though to me he didn't sound arrogant

i also went for the talk at NTU, after all the crapping, im still not convinced he is not really out to help others, he is just an outstanding salesman that can talk non-stop.

prolly cheaper way of motivation is in cheerleading where the girl before toss will turn ard and say " eh, zhen(1) qi(4) yi(4) dian(3) hor"
