lol. wear it at the dressin table.... so when it drops you can find it easily celan it again and put it back
when you hold a len on your finger (index), place it properly at the centre of the finger tip, dont shake here shake there
after it's inserted into the eye, use your index finger to press gently (on your eye ball) , hold it for awhile to ensure the len 'stick' or fit neatly onto your eye ball, so that it will not drop or slip off, hope this helps
