u think u go overseas and come back and then they forget all abt it ahOriginally posted by AhJun:clean ur arse and get ready to be handcuffed and put in jail u offender!
tink not sho serious la....at most increase the fine lor or anything if TS is a first offender...Originally posted by AhJun:clean ur arse and get ready to be handcuffed and put in jail u offender!
to think of it i'd like to know whether TS got any trouble in whatever checkpoint he used to come back sg with the customs....if so they can straight away arrest him liao mah....the home teams are very 'united'(link database to each other everytime) one....Originally posted by AhJun:u think u go overseas and come back and then they forget all abt it ah
u wait long ah they will still track u down no matter where u go
aiya since things haf come to this state juz sacrifice and go to jail
u just pay the fine and forget abt whole matter...dun do anything already...just pay the fine and thats it...Originally posted by Peruci1984:Ya i am first time offender... i dun noe but u will nvr noe...anyway...did u enter sg at mid night or after office hrs...?Originally posted by Peruci1984:Wa.. dun think will so serious until arrest me at airport ba???
well since u work in police dept before can tell me what name of charge in this case even u have already paid up?Originally posted by AhJun:erm i worked in a certain police related dept before..
so what i am trying to say is..the police will DEFINITELY take into account ur failure to pay up in time and also leaving australia without doing what u haf to do. u may seem to haf some kind of trouble here..becos the 2nd letter sent to u is 1 tt states tt u r liable for arrest and not a 2nd reminder for u to pay up.
the police may deem u as avoiding to pay up. in this case, the problem will not be solved even if u pay.
evening so it's after office hours therefore ur safe while passing thru the airport custom....get what i mean?...Originally posted by Peruci1984:i arrived in SG in in the evening...
Now what i am worried is, i might get into trouble with the law. Dont mind the fine, but my school schedule is quite packed, and afraid might leave blackmark.
yea...i second that....TS got proof that he's overseas but police/NEA on the other hand got proof that u ignore their letter?Originally posted by AndrewPKYap:Bring your passport and show them that you were overseas... nothing one lah.... you pay more than the original fine nia...
They got the court to issue a warrant of arrest. This is standard procedure. If you can show them good reason like you were overseas... then they just squash the warrant and let you pay the fine.Originally posted by Peruci1984:I am willing to pay the fine... so why they want to arrest me?????
willing is one meaning and already is another...talk is cheap , bring it out...Originally posted by Peruci1984:I am willing to pay the fine... so why they want to arrest me?????
