anyone have memory problems before?
like always forgetting a particular thing
as for me
for 3 years i would forget the hokkien meaning for upstairs and downstairs
like after my parents told me, i'll forget it very soon -

i think is cuz u nvr use the word often ba.
sometimes i oso have memory prob leh.
like got one time i wanted to find a word on the dict, den when i open the dict, i forgot what was the word -

i forget im ito sometimes.

i always shampoo my hair 1st then body and i can forget whether i shampoo my hair already or not at the end of my shower , sometimes i ended up shampooing 2 times .
i think this is jia latt. -
every shower, i shampoo my hair twice, but sometimes i forget, and i shampoo multiple times.

i always forget if i have already taken lunch or dinner Really.
For example after an hour later after i had my lunch/dinner.
And i will start to stop what im doin, sit down or stand there and think hard
'Have i eaten? What i ate? Around what time? At where? With who? Stooky?'
think and think and then recall. nb
Sometimes i cant rem at all. So i asked those around me and they tell me
the stooky part is fake la -

oh yea n i haf the showering problem oso sia...juz happened today some more...i put shampoo liao, shower shower, then i daydream....then go put shampoo on my hands again n shower again then i was thinking...eh?i put liao rite?lol
n btw although i say ur brain has so many memory...we onli use 3-5% of it=) most of it is our subconcious mind n unconcious mind...onli a very lil part of our brain is our concious mind -
one good thing bout losin memory is,
i dont bear grudges, tend to forget things easily.
For example, i always quarrel with an elder sibling.
Then few hours later, or when the next day arrives, i will go talk to him!
(usually i dont)
Then talk halfway i will realise, 'How come im talkin to him?! Didnt we just quarrel? Damn i lost because i speak first'
