But students definitely should be flogged for flouting rules repeatedly. Sare the rod, you spoil the child....
If students don't learn when they are in school, then society will teach them when they step into the real world and when that happens, it will be very severe......

... caning the offender in front of the whole school may also act as a deterrence to other would-be offenders.
