Banned members

How do we know if a person has been banned?
I think the moderators should start a thread with a list of all banned members names and the reasons why they are banned -
mods oredi busy banning ppl and closing threads
no time to compile the list
and why do u want to know?

Too many people take it as an entitlement.
If people are offended, then it's because they know they are guilty in one form or another of being a troll.
The majority get along well. Only those people who are incompatible with a forum's culture or T&Cs tend to fall by the wayside. -
What you suggested can be done if the management or administrators decide to do so. It is a good idea to state why are such people banned, from there we know then if what they stated are reasonable we can take note.Originally posted by constancebay:How do we know if a person has been banned?

A friend who surf here told me, he was banned and for no reason. sgforums did not state reason and banned him immediately. I read his posts and I don't find anything wrong, he may be too strong once in a while in the choice of words he used. Think it is fair that sgforums give reasons why they ban members. A few who are OK are also banned, don't know why. You don't punish a child by not telling him why he is punished.
I hope by writing the above, fireice will not ban me. I am not flaming. -
