Ways to cool down under the Hot Sun

  Due to the extreme heat generated
  
  by the Hot Sun nowdays
  
  how do you guys cool down yourself
  
  For me due to my outdoor job~~
  
  i just cooldown myself once i come across
  
  any air con bldg
  
  Been drinking lots of water recently too

  at home wear swimming costume (bikini and trunk, ha ha). outdoor wear cooling clothing.

  Freeze a bottle of water over night to bring out the next day. You have a few hours of ice which you can use to cool yourself and also can drink the melted water. Can also put in front of fan to get slightly cooler wind.
