Bath in cold water
Drink more herbal tea(those really being brew by chinese medicial hall not those cans ones)
normally i use my mind to make myself feel cold......by relaxing and clearing your mind from stress and stuffs, you'll feel much cooler....
switch on the air con immediately when i reached home, change to lighter clothes.... if outside then maybe dont wear clothes that are too thick, dont wear jeans
Drink alot of water.
bathe in cold water.
Stay in the shade.
