OMG! Wash basin is broken!

Argh!! This morning I so suay, the washbasin is collapsed and broken itself when i was showering.
Is it GHOST behind this?? I need to compensate on it.
Any expert mind to tell me how much is the new wash basin + man costs.??
It's my first day in this new house (just moved) act. But..

but i found it's really not fair.
The washbasin is old. and it collapsed when i was showering. It injured my feet too . The owner just ask me to compensate. This is the first day i stayed there. WHy so Suay. Damn . Again damn. -

Ma ma changed the wash basin this year. Cost $150 (including basin, tap and labour costs). but hor there is only one colour - white. If you want to choose colour, must pay more.

the one that broken also white color. If the owner purposely choose color and want to sucks my money. I die liao lo. Have to said i only can paid up to 150.
