Apparently, those who posted have not been to Indonesia before ^^ that's the way they eat the satay.
The freshly bbq-ed satay is layered with the gravy for an even dip.
It's not unhygienic at all, since u dun dip and dip and dip again from the gravy as it's already covered in the gravy, just bite off and put the sticks by the side.
where as, SG's method of dipping have to keep dipping after u bite more troublesome.
However, either ways are legit, there's no such thing as the "Right way" it's just a case of preferrences
