Tts why I mentioned last time that I dun hold STOMP in high regard, and that STOMP seriously intrudes into pple's privacy.
It is so unright for her to be posting the pic of the man on the net just to flame him. I mean what is she trying to prove? That she is taking revenge, that she got the last laugh? Tian ah!
At least, if she is a foreigner or a pregnant lady I will just close one eye, but she is a Singaporean. If she buay tahan, then for God's sakes dun live in Singapore!
And lastly, it is not an issue about the man being gentlemanly or not. And whats wrong with "sliding". Like hell, I bet she does tt too. The fact that she wants to take public transport, then just suck it up. It is not her father's train.
Go take a taxi then! Pay the extra price, I am sure no one will slide around with her then. -

As far as this man in concerned, chivalry is dead, feels STOMPer Ms Kn.
She encountered this ‘un-gentlemanly’ man on the MRT train bound for Jurong West on 2 July 2007.
Ms Kn recounts her unpleasant experience to STOMP:
“The man was sitting at the left most seat, while his girlfriend was standing beside him, and they were talking along the way.
I was standing in front of the seat next to him.
Then, the person sitting beside him alighted. The man was well aware that I was preparing to take the seat as I had stepped forward, but he simply slid over and took the seat so his girlfriend could have his own seat.
He then gave me this embarrassed look, as if trying to explain that he wanted to let his girlfriend sit down.
He did not let me have the seat even though I am a girl, and I was wearing three-inch heels at that time.
But what I found to be really rude was his ‘sliding action’ to snatch the seat from me, and the fact that he was letting his girlfriend stand while he was sitting in the first place!”

This stomper deserved to stand all the time when you on board the mrt. If she think that people should give her a seat because she wore high heels, she should just take a cab where she can have a seat.
There's nothing wrong with the guy having the seat and the girl standing as the girl might not want to sit with stranger.
Such stomper should be banned from stomping. Damn bo liao.
