I tong beh tiao liao create new thread...
First time using contact lens...
The shop people there didnt tell me anything...
so i just pay money leave shop...
K i must buy the multi purpose solution right? i bought the solo care one...
and also must buy the saline right? also bought liao...
now, i dunno which one is for which one and how to used?
the solo care one to put in the lens case? then lens put inside? then after that if want to used just take out and put it on can liao?
then the saline leh? how to used it? for what de?
Or i totally mix up everything liao?
if the solution touch the lens liao need other thing to wash it then can put into eyes?
Then my contact lens always automatic drop out dunno why leh... -
Just dig the eyeball out, damnit.

Go back to the shop, ask them the proper way of wearing, handling, and maintaning contact lens.

Saline is for soaking the lenses overnight if u r using the soft perm ones.
The other one is to wet the lenses before popping into eyes.
If u wan to save the hassle, just buy one type of solution for both soaking and wetting.
your lenses may be too dry, so must hydrate then wont pop out. -

The cleaning agent is the one you soak overnight.
Different opitcian will recommand different cleaning agent, and some cleaning agent doesn't require the use of saline. -

and remember, solution is to be discarded 30 days after opening.

that is very unprofessional of the optical shop. didnt they even ask you if you're a first-time user?!

no need the saline one wad.
the multi purpose de can wash..rinse and store the lenses.
FYI,theres also a special type of eye moisturiser for pple wearing contacts, for fear of excessive dryness.
seriously, u shld contact the eye shop assistant for help.
they are obliged to guide u thru the wearing and taking-care of lenses tutorial.
and FOC too. -
i only use 1 type, wash n rinse and wear. but never try b4 put in eye, duno what will happen

with colour difference for both the lens covers.
for eg..blue cover for left and white for right.
this way u wun get confused right? -
