  u mean rice with boiled chicken meat & vegetable (no seasoning etc)?
  if so, yes.. but provided your dog is not skin sensitive to chicken.

  is best to feed pet with pet food as this is where the pets can obtain their max nutrients.
  
  many dogs are allegy to some food that will caused skin prob, thus is not advisable for them to consume "human" food.

  Yes they can, my cousin fed their lassie dinner leftovers almost every night, and she lived to good old ripe age.

  I don't find it wrong to feed them human food. Not all people who kept them have the financial ability to buy them specific food available in the market.
  
  You have to take note of anything wrong with them after feeding as like us, what may not seems to be poison to us may to them.
