It all boils down to upbringing.
I have seen parents heck care abt what their child does.
I have seen malay parents with headscarf and pious parents with havoc children and totoos all over, and they seem bo chup abt the kids.
Tsk, tsk, i pity them, if only they had proper upbrining in the very first place.
That is why when people say "ur parents dont teach ah?" I seem to find this true.
To be fair, these havoc kids are quite respectful to the elderly, and usually we just a book by its cover. For example, like the one you said about kids behaving in gangsterly manner while waiting to play soccer, they are just being playful, and if ur friendly to them, they will be friendly to u. -
i hope they maintain the current practice of assigning the right races to the armed forces and home team...

Whenever I got into serious trouble as a teenager my father would say "When you do good you deserve all the credit but when you do bad I get all the blame" he then continued,"So if you want to do bad to society please wait until I die first" This is something I now tell my 14 year old son

Btw, I condemn racists and those who think highly of their races and think the rest suck.
I mean you may have bad experience with other races, but that does not mean all are like that rite. -

I have a qn here, abit off topic. But malays, in the past, give me the impression that they very religious and traditional like tt, but how come hor, their birth rate like higher den the other races?
I also think that most malays are qiuite lazy, and when it comes to studies, the ones who can make it are only that few only.

Yes, there are plenty of Malay troublemakers out there. Probably proportionately more than Chinese and Indian troublemakers.

its about proportion. look at ites. is it malays more or chinese more? even my malay friend tell me ite got more. they dont want study. why? lazy or?all race got black sheep, but i find malays have more. out of lets say 20 malays, i only see a good malay. im not being an asshole or what, im just sharing what i think.
