for the soup, it's tang hoon, prawns, cabbage, carrot strips, fishballs, fishcake.......
cook on a hotplate
around the hotplate is the moat of soup
and the usual ikan bilis, kimchi and some other "xiao chi"
very simple fare actually
my favourite is the beef.......very sweet.........
when the zup from the meat flow into the soup.........the soup is POWER!!!
