no budget then get electric piano at SLS,Originally posted by rikki:"You can get pianos at any price even at a few hundred bucks, its the quality that is being compensated in the end. You can try ard peace centre or paradiz centre. There are second hand instrument dealers. Or there is one at bukit timah plaza, a little more ex and the piano is in a better condition."
Cool, Tell me where i can get a piano at EVEN A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS. Heck, I can even give you money to tell me where. Ha ha ha, very funny a few hundred bucks.
From what i heard, there was once an japanese type tuner; There are some types of tuning, European or japanese as far as i know of.
He owns a shop and he told me that the average price for a good second hand would definitely cause you more than at least 3k.
And of course, 3-4 years of learning wouldn't need you to buy a Piano. Piano is like a life time investments, And did you know that new pianos are actually softer than 2nd hand pianos? Thats because 2nd hand pianos are seasoned, and if its well maintained it can be an antique.
If its 3-4 years of learning, i recommend you an electronic piano. Yamaha p-120 would be a very good choice.
Im not lying. I came across one that caused only 700 plus. I've got the same reaction as you initially. Im not sure if it is still there. Go to Christofori J8 branch. Piano is small though. A similar one could be found at paradiz centre, next to the mac there. Like i said, u can get one for a few hundred bucks, its the quality that will be compensated.Originally posted by rikki:"You can get pianos at any price even at a few hundred bucks, its the quality that is being compensated in the end. I will go check it out, and pardon me if i sounded rude back then. Im terribly sorry. Just like any other human being, Its quite hard to believe that there are "free gifts" in the world.Originally posted by TYING:Im not lying. I came across one that caused only 700 plus. And for 12k, you might as well get a Yamaha baby grand. Frm my exprerience, rather then asking for which piano is good, it is best to go down to the show room personally and try out the piano. Make sure that the piano suits you. And if can, try to get the piano that you tried out.
nope. i dont think u sounded rude. As i said, i was also intially quite shock when i saw the prices too. I believe the avg. 3k price that ur fren mention are the higher ends piano for second hand.Originally posted by rikki:I will go check it out, and pardon me if i sounded rude back then.
