I agree with you that to pass judgement base on one's own feelings is not too right, without knowing the exact story, but everyone have the rights to post their views.

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been ordered to stand trial in the High Court next month for allegedly raping his 18-year-old sister.
The crime allegedly took place in the family home last September.
If convicted, the teenager, who cannot be named to protect his sister's identity, faces up to 20 years' jail and caning.
A hearing has been fixed for Sept 7. He will be represented by Mr Subhas Anandan, Mr Noor Marican and Mr Sunil Sudheesan, who were assigned the case under the Association of Criminal Lawyers of Singapore's aid scheme.
Hence ppl tend to place judgment condemning that suspects even b4 the verdict.
What i will be more concern is the role of their parent in this matter. Are they responsible directly and indirectly?? -

Parents shld play an important role in educating their children, but nowadays both parents are most probably working, so its kind of hard to monitor their child's activities, plus bad company i guess. There will still be signs that the son, in this case, is going astray. I guess the parents have to bear some responbilities for not picking up bizarre behaviour that the son might have shown.
