What defense can the boy mount? That he was influenced by his raging hormones when his sis wore something revealing at home? Even so, he would be guilty of rape. Only way he can escape the rape charge is if they can prove the Sister initiated it, and it was consensual.
After that, both will not escape the Incest charge.

This Subhas reminds me of another lawyer, named err....forgot...also an Indian. The lawyer which like to represent PAP, and last time represented SPH against NKF.
Ok I googled, his name is Davinder Singh.
Remember him?
Last time when SPH was in court wiith NKF....many people on forums were praising Davinder as hero, because he was exposing NKF, being champion of the people, etc.
I wonder if they would be saying the same things during the cases when he represented PAP to sue opposition, or sue overseas magazines, etc.
I wonder what would people's comments be?
Now.....I believe Davinder Singh and Subhas Anandan are similar but different. There are similarities, but there are differences.
To me....a true lawyer....must have some ideals...and uphold his profession's ideals.
For instance, if you are a soldier....when u see an enemy, u must kill him....but if you are a doctor....when u see a wounded person, u must cure him....
So if a soldier kill an enemy solider, he is good, but if a doctor cure an enemy soldier, he is also good.
They must uphold their true beliefs and what their profession's ideals are. And they must also personally belief their professional ideals in their heart.
For people like lawyers who represent 'sure lose' cases, of the most gory types who everybody else seem avoiding or unwilling to take....murderers, rapists, etc....for us the general public, it is hard to emphatize or comprehend, but I believe those lawyers are people who seriously absorb and live their ideals, trying to not waver, and living by the philosophy of their profession.
So I give them A+
