There was once a customer made me cry.
Because she was so unreasonable and kept on going on and on and on even though everyone was already trying their best to fulfil her unreasonable demands.. Who the hell would let someone with only a photocopy of a birth cert change her ATM card!
And when at the end of the day, as long as one single person's cash doesn't balance, everyone will have to stay behind until the reason for the discrepancy is found... Got OT also hor... -

I see those tellers always gota work a bit of OT and handle the most type of customers
i think the best banks would be those foreign banks like StanChart, Maybank HSBC, citibank. lesser customers, less crowded and less workload
or try those merchant or offshore banks -

all banks oso got stress de lo.... which bank no stress.... citigroup is the most work load and quite stressful lo... if you are under e managment level, sometimes sat oso need to go back to work lo... but 1 thing gd, $$$$$

I am not in banking sector, but I really think these days there are no jobs (for ppple with U qualifications) that require no OT.
Less OT is possible, but no OT not possible.
Think internal audit in banks, maybe not that bad bah. Coz is goes by project .
