Banks MAY NOT necessary requires OT (everyday), depending on the nature/field of your work.
There are 3 major banks in SG though. OCBC, DBS, UOB.
Can go any of the above three if you need to gain some exposure.
But banks mostly exists a strong element (if not, some) of office politics though.
