  i am a smoker myself.. and i quitted for almost 1 year before picking it up again. non smoker often detest smoker maybe due to some 'buay zhi tong' de smoker blowing smoke rite into pple face which is very irritating. some smoker including me, if we see kids walking to towards our direction, we try to siam and not let the smoke kena them or always take the most outer path when walking so that smoke will not irritate pple. its more or less like a give and take suituation.. we smoke is our business/ life but we have to take other non smoker into consideration but many times non smoker do not think for smoker who happen to be human being as well..

  Whoever who choses to sit within the smoking zone have no rights to complain when a smoker lights up.

  I am not saying that tax won't go up, but cooking oil and salt are the last thing to be taxed. As these things are basic essentials.
  
  Also once again, Tobacco Tax in Singapore is NOT the highest compared to the world.
  
  Also for basic knowledge. People with basic knowledge do not go around making assumptions without any proof. If your words can prove so much we won't be needing economists.

  sometimes even when i finish my meal, i will walk to beside the coffeeshop or outside and smoke. never stayed in the yellow box before, thats because some of my friends do not smoke, and right beside the yellow line its the non-smoking area already.
