  You are on the right track. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder for taking the action which many guys just don't have the courage to do so. Read in sgforums that so many guys don't know how to approach gals, may be you can lead them.

  I also dont really know. What i do is, i imagine if i am the person receiving the flowers and things like that how i feel. If it feels good, go ahead.

  It is so considerate and thoughtful of you to put yourself in the shoes of the other person. Anyway, it is a good start for you. Whether this will lead to something further is another thing. The main thing is you dare do it.
