Any one keep hermit crab?

  Today I saw one shoping center(dun wanna mention his shop here) selling hermit crab, very cute lei.

  Yes. I rmbr the newspaper advertised this thing b4. The shells are very colourful one. However , they are living things , and requires feeding.

  Wrong . They need food as well. Thats why you must find out from the shop of what they feed on . If they dun nd to eat , wonder wat kind of creature they are.

  And I dun think the crab can survive for long...dunno how to feed it.

  please read before keeping them
  every life is precious
  freshwater and saltwater is different one
  i think the bishan one is freshwater one
  when they grow bigger
  they need to find a bigger shell to shift

  I saw them last week!
  
  I got offered 3 crabs for $55 but I am still thinking about it. I scare they all die later.

  Hermit crabs if im not wrong , are independent creatures . So they hardly require any close attention . But however , you must provide them a steady flow of food. Any starvation can cuz these animals their lives.
