can you really study in fast food or airport???

  when i need to study and revise my work, i have to be alone in the middle of the night at the void deck.
  unless i need tuition then all the above dont apply.

  last weekend me went to millenia walk
  then got a shock when i passed by the BK
  i tot is some new library at MW
  
  whole place filled with students
  some with books, some with notes, some with laptop
  
  i used to study at fast food outlet
  got food, got drink, can smoke
  away from bed and computer.. (my time no wifi worrrr)

  I studied my Os and As at Macs. Ok leh. Just end up spending a lot on Mac food.
  
  Then hor then hor got once we sneaked in KFC food to eat in Macs.

  to be fair, there are times when our attention is at our best, and then we rest for a while before going back...as for airport, there will be quiet times, where you can "charge", and slower when there are more people.
  
  but fast food place, can?? not only people, the music, and even the food smell..
  aren't them big distractions?
  
  furthermore, you are occupying places that are meant for customers.
  (well, one coke doesn't entitles you to a place for four)...
  don't you feel bad when you know it is quite crowded and yet you are there pretending to absorb that important concepts??
  
  To be objective, I do believe there are some who are discipline to accomplish their study goals, but frankly, far and few if you ask me.

  MW is the best place to study. Not as crowded as MS.

  during my o's period which was last year, i went to starbucks to study. one table, one drink, aircon and music and started studying till it closes! =)
  
  quite good place to study for me at least!
