cyclists also like to alternate between the role of pedestrian and vehicle. You're a vehicle, period. You do not get to make turns using the pedestrian crossings.
also, for the love of god, drive in the direction of traffic. and use lights at night. Despite what your grandmothers tell you, driving against traffic at night is not the safer option.
if you really want to be evil to cyclists who dash on pavements, disrupting pedestrian traffic, all you have to do is bump the cyclist lightly as he zooms past. =)
Don't generalise.
For big groups occupying a lane is better, some drivers like to squeeze people on bikes to the extreme left.
Small groups yes single file.
