i once argued with a young couple at simei over the same type of incident.
the lady gave me the finger.
frankly i dislike all these people who bully cashiers. -
No wonder Singaporeans ganna scam so easily, she say she teach in RGS and everyone believes.

Yesterday horrr.....
There was a commotion across where I live.....some 2 men sitting on 1 man on the pavement to subdue him from moving....and there was 1 woman nearby, and they all shouting and yelling.....dunno what is the problem...this happened at 12am...midnight.....very loud, and went on for some time...
After that 1 police car arrived....2 policemen came out....
Then they all stayed there and talked.....and kept staying there for more than half an hour......dunno what happened next..coz I went inside.....

i've been working as frontline / office in the supermarket and other retail industry for years ; this is not new to us.. there's even more offensive behaviours i've came across

I've temp'ed in the service line for a long time too ... it's nothing new in Singapore ....
but I've noticed that it's usually those two bits kantang wannabes that are the most obnoxious ....
those truly great people ... the true "elites", the super tycoons, the super rich, the profs etc ... they were invariably super nice and civilized towards those that serve them ...
I guess those kantangs are still pretty much peasants underneath their skin ... -

Arrogant Sillypore would eventually be taught a lesson one day....hmm, I suppose with success comes materialistic arrogance....I always envy Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines....though ridden with corruption and poverty, the people seem more humble and down to earth....much better -
