How to slow down your heartbeat?

My heartbeat was 88 and it suddenly jumped to 108 just now!! Then after that i vommited and shitted water., it came back to 88.
the 108 rate felt terrible i thought i was going to die; its really a torture as your heartbeat is beating like after a napha run but yet you are sitting on a chair. -

Better keep a heart monitor with you.After middle of the night the monitor show flatline

Exercise more = Higher metabolism, Lower blood pressure, Slower heartbeat.
Mine was like 52 or so. -
Lie down on the floor if you're feel your heart has overwork or pumping too hard.

i 16 only experience a few times le... sitting down heartbeat suddenly shoot up for ~10 secs + out of breath
