Why do Muslims hate the Jews and bomb everyone?

One should not believe in an "-ism", but instead believe in himself.
Now that I've got that out of the way...
It's not the religion that is the problem. It's the person. It's always (always) the humans. Guns, drugs, religion. Humans created them, humans are controlled by them. If you want to have a sophisticated society, you will have to deal with the problems that come with it. It's nature's* way of keeping a balance.
If even dogs can fight amongst themselves, humans with our complex minds will never co-exist peacefully. Religion (i.e. humans) promotes peace, but shun the non-believers. To some, this may simply mean ignore; to others, kill.
Religion is just many (extremely decorated) different points of view on the same thing: living as a better person.
*That's my personal "religion" if you ask me. Whatever happens, happens. I'm not going to make up some fairy tale about it. We are first and foremost animals, then humans. -

If this happens, we will have billions of different points of view. There will definitely be similiarities among them. Eventually, some people will band together and you get religion again.

Quite true. I also see this scenerios often. If you are serious about religion, then you must read history, anthropology and sociology. Throw out theology - it is just crap. Open your mind, do a comparative study, explore, search, research. Don't shut your mind, follow blindly a faith, go by family tradition, or subject to peer pressure. Most people who professed a religion actually know very little or if they do, simply learned by heart the bible, quran or sutra. These people can quote practically every word, verse and chapter of these 'holy' scriptures or books. But they all lacked one thing - common sense! When you put everything together, it seems that they all copy one another, twist them to suit their agenda or purpose and sell it to the masses like opium.
Remember this: if there is really a God, omnipotent and creator of all things - He will be greatly saddened by the madness of human, the atrocities and inhumanities that are worse than any beast. It will be one of His greatest regret and surely it is within His Power to end it! But alas, there is no God. Man created the God to serve its own selfish purpose.
Note: I am talking about God, not about the philosophies of Buddha, Jesus, Confuscius, Aristotle or Mohammed. While some of the afore-mentioned became the 'founder' of present day religions, they are all humans, not god, not angels, not son of god, not the messiah or prophet or messenger of god. They invoked god, so that what they taught or said have credence. Today, you can also hear or see people doing the same but without much success. They can only be successful if they resort to evangelism, colonisation and forced conversion, and terrorism!!! -

can i ask a question? y is it that i always hear of muslim families wanting to disown their child when their child wants to convert to another religion? there are even more extreme cases in our neighbouring countries where u can get killed for converting from islam to something else.. pls note that these people are juz muslims, not terrorist.
or are these stories purely fictitious? -

Most quotes in the quran about killing people is either a history lesson or a doctrine of war...
In Islam, those who surrender will be taken in as prisoner of war. The POW will regain their freedom by choice of the council, by compensation from their opposition country or by the POW earning their freedom (rebuilding schools houses, teaching children, etc) -

I suggest all you non muslims print that out and join in the forum discussions at AMP or Mosques. I've been to some, and there are quite a few non muslims attending, just so that they can understand Islam better.
And for your info (I think I've said this b4), there are way too many websites about Islam that give false information to visitors (I laughed when I read them). Just dial up MUIS to clarify on this.
And also get your Malay friend to translate the news from Berita Harian regarding one ex JI and how he regretted joining them. Fyi, JI and Alqaeda ppl are not Muslims. They have been kicked out of Islam automatically for pracitising sinful acts. Not gonna elaborate on this as I dont think most of you here care to listen. I suggest you personally go down to these forums at AMP Singapore to ask. Google AMP Singapore, get their contact and call them to enquire should there be anymore such open discussions.

The simple fact is this: In any religion, as long as you accept their teachings and beliefs whatever that is said or written, and you are a 'member' either by faith, allegiance, conversion, baptism, or whatever rites, you will be assured of a place in Heaven.
So, to go to Heaven is not difficult at all. You see, like all manner of materialism, there has to be a promise, an incentive, a reward - in exchange for loyalty, faithful-ship, and follow-sheep. Basically, that's is animal behaviour! -
