Sylar was stabbed but not killed.
That parts shows he escape, under the drain cover.

And in SE2 EP1, the guy that pushed Hiro's father down from the roof top, though the face is not shown, but he dressed like how Sylar dressed. Remember that hoodie that he used to wear?
Some new charaters rolled in, the kensei(sword saint) in the ancient Japan is actually angmo, lol.
and the borther & sister, which the sister can kill others making them "7 kong liu xie"(bleed from eyes, nose, mouth, ear)
Another guy can fly now too. -
