i think sylar and niki are the unlucky ones to have it, and it will cause the person to lose their powers, and die eventually.
suresh's blood can cure completely, but will also make the person lose their powers completely
claire's one can cure, and also can retain powers

Mohinder was bred by his parents for the purpose of curing his sister of the virus but he was born too late. Niki injected herself with a mutated strain of the virus thus Mohinder's blood wasn't sufficient enough to cure her. So, Nathan as of now is dead, Sylar is back fully fit for fighting.. Hmm...
I was just wondering.. Can the future be changed? According to hiro, he could had saved his dad but he didnt cos he didnt wana change the future.. Even when he tried to save the restaurant girl, she eventually died to a virus so the future still holds that the bar girl is dead which means, somehow or another the outcome in future will not be changed even if u try to change de past..
so now, peter went into the future, the virus had spread.. but he destroyed it in de last episode.. hmm.. and the explosion hiro went into the future to witness de city being wiped out in flames.. maybe the explosion and de virus epidemic will have some connection.. haha love this show.. but a bit inconsistent la some parts..
peter should have had micah's power cos they were all there at the open space when peter was exploding.. so peter would easily tell de safe door to open or shut down the alarm instead of using elle's pwoers and de telekinesis to open de door lol.. n00b dunoe how to use his power.. and peter or matt could have listen to the sniper who shot nathan lol but they didnt.. n00b..
this noah guy is damn dodgy.. dunoe what other secret he holding onto.. he really cared about claire or something dark secret he keeping? lol.. but could have listen to his thoughts..

Hiro should not have trapped Adam in a coffin. Should lock him up and force him to keep donating blood every hour (due to his self-healing ability, his blood should be replenished very fast too).

the thing is.. Shows and movies about time travelling will never make sense.. There are people out there battling their brains out to try to make theories and hypothesis on time travelling.. I think the last episode being a bit rushed is understandable bah. Due to the strike the producers are forced to shorten the series, hence the messy ending.
Anyway, did Hiro took the Kensai's sword when he went back 400 years to the past? Cause if he did took the sword into the future, then there'll be no sword for Hiro to obtained in Season 1 in the first place...
Simple question to spoil the whole idea lol.. If Hiro can time travel, how many Hiros are there? A 2 second ago Hiro is another Hiro eh? lol.. He talked to his young self, wouldn't it make a circular logic? He should have recollection of himself talking to himself and de more his young self engage with his future self de more crazy his future self will become cos de mind will have memories tat goes in circles... haha.. -

suresh blood contains antibodies to de virus.. de person will recover and still have the powers.. he gave his blood to the black man who can erase people's memories..
claire and adam have similar regenerate abilities why didn't they use adam's blood all along when they had him captivated.. adam sucks he can only regenerate and knows sword skills..
if im not wrong, claire's blood needed to be mixed with suresh blood to cure the new strain of virus which niki and sylar has.. de old virus was in shanti, and also in the black man who erases people's memory.. which can be cured by solely suresh blood.. -

They managed to stop Peter from exploding on the ground in the end. Therefore, the city was not destroyed.
