my hamstring is being grafted so the raw hamstring hurts when i put my knee straight
morphine needle insertion keeps bleeding
stitched area abit painful when moving
my leg is like dead now

i had to let it heal .. naturally for .. 2 n half months.. it hurt like hell for the first week.. so painful i either put my leg straight.. or fold it.. either way.. the process of putting them to positio either straight or folded.. hurts.. like... HELL!!!!
Is urs behind the knee there ? just behind there.. the joint there ? -
mine is arthroscopy. the knee joint hurts when i move it to higher level. how the hell i do physio!?
and kinda numb...even after 24hrs its still bleeding. -

ACL ligament tears are the most common for people who play sports. the most common major/ painful injury amongst ppl who play bbal or soccer...

I use to play rugby for SAF... SAFSA, luckily nothing like that happened to me...
Recently when I walk up stairs, I sometimes feel paid in the right knee.... could be due to old age, worn cartilage, overweight or all of the above... I hate to go through what you went through... -
my hamstring hurts. the graft area is raw and stretched/tight, seriously i dont know.
my joint hurts after 1 hr of immobility, altho doc says move more.
i muz do intensive physiotherapy, even when my flexion is only 30 degrees in angle.
pain and stuff, how ? doc says put full weight.... -
Me not physiotherapist... but from the Sports and Injury lesson... it's not done this way... change another physiotherapist?

acl injuries are like that.

but acl injuries they expect u put weight liao. because if not the knee stiffens... its acl therapy, tough but for my own good, persist! -
