today cannot find SIA at robinson's rd, issit torn down oredi? got a site is empty opp honjin... hoarded up...
then at the beginning of robinson's rd there, got one building, outside got large koi pond
so nice leh last time i walked past!
the koi so big fat and beautiful, and so many
and they have to install cameras all around
and got security guards at the building near the pond...

the security guards pissed me off la.
while we were tabulating traffic flow and pedestrain flow, that low life stared at us and spoke on his walkie talkie.
soon after, a cisco officer arrived. following us all the time.
knn i was so bloody pissed off that i went to spoke to him and offered my card.
he say, oh no neeed no need we jsut want to make sure u all dont take pics of the building only.
sob wad kinda rule is that?
anyway i wasnt interested in the building.
after the confrontation he left.
i was free again.

btw, for gui oso if he is interested, City Hall upcoming exhibition on the various plans submitted all over the world to revamp cityhall itself. -
all these are commercial ideas, still need to think of how to make it one with the environment in terms of architecture. woo headache.

hmm...i dun know where exactly is the place so cannot suggest properly
need to be comprehensive taking into consideration of the whole environment
dunno leh... western countries are more intersting
their civic area's design sort of interact with the populace, very intersting
like in the middle of rundle mall in adelaide which is the main shopping belt
they have large walkways
then the two sides are lined with shops and shopping centres
then in the walkway got victorian styled fountain... pig bronze structures (cute cute ones, like one of them has its front paws on a bench...)
then got buskers doing their gigs...
got pigeons... that we can't replicate
