china got some parts the seafood supply quite high one.....dunno exactly which area.........
the good stuff are mostly exported or served to the high ppl
then left the ci deng huo for their own ppl -
but all along even in western countries smoked salmon are expensive...

those jipoon shows got say tt certain time of the year, certain breed is the best meat.....and oni a particular part of the fish is good......and that few pieces cost a lot..... the rest of the fish is lehlong lehlong sell.......

so demand for different kind of salmon and part oso diff -
it is high in omega3 so it is a good fish
i was told not to eat swordfish too much
becos it's a deep-sea fish and large in size
so mercury level very high -
i a bit tempted to go back adelaide
to see my friends and eat my pho
nothing much else to do
not even to buy my gown becos i oredi ordered and it can be shipped to me
so my best friend say i crazy waste money to do that...
