  weather hot n humid mus drink more water. yr body is dehydrated. eat more fruits also good. then can shite easier also

  Used to it already, haha when I go out i usually wear 2 layers of shirt.
  One normal t shirt and like an underwear shirt.
  I feel naked if i dont have 2 layers.
