What make your office do that?

if one is able to surf internet, that means one is not busy.
if one is not busy, that means one is free.
if one is free, that means one has nothing to do.
if one has nothing to do, that means one is unproductive.
if one is unproductive, the boss is angry.
if boss is angry, he will fix the problem.
to fix the problem he has 2 choices, sack that unproductive buggy or cut off internet. simple.

would you like to try using a third party proxy server? It might solve the problem, depending on how your office network has been setup.
