well lup cheong tastes very cheena, erm i dunno how to describe
it's like, western sausage is the real thing
then the chinese sausage is an imitation
and then it has squares of oil inside the sausage, very er xin
anyway the taste is different loh
bak kwa is like bbq meat
lup cheong is like some kind of preserved food like that...

it was er xin loh
one whole plate and they pai the duck tongues nice nice in the plate, row by row like that
