  mi always cook all 10 (or 12). those that i cannot finish just stick in the fridge. can last for quite a while...but how long i dunno cos usually finished in a few days.....

  you guys must go to the fish mart at sakuraya to buy their sashimi
  really very fresh and good
  even got scallops that the supermarkets don't carry
  
  i know honjin do serve them
  but it's a complimentary dish at their 1-for-1 buffet
  dunno can order ala carte or not...
  
  i was going to check how much cold storage sells their salmon sashimi
  but walk walk walk and forgot about it
  fish mart at sakuraya's price is $60 per kg
