Put the sandbox at an isolated place in your home, not necessary the toilet.
Remember if the sandbox is not clean, your cat will it on the bathroom/toilet floor.
Also remember when the cat is big enough to climb and jump up high, you need to put wire netting on your windows. When he is mature enough, and has learned not to climb out of windows, you can take the the wire netting off off.
I once had a persian cat. He lived for nine years, and then passed away due to kidney failure. Certain cat food brands are not recommended for long term feeding, check with your vet.
Persians, actually known as Long Hairs, are very intelligent. They can be taught to recognise their name and will come when called by their name.
Shop around for combs and brushes, and a vacuum cleaner. You need to comb and brush their hair often, and vacuum your home regularly.

u shld cut it's nail at least once a mth... and the scratch post is for him to scratch so that ur furniture will not get damage....
once it does smtng wrong, u have to teach...
FYI, u can train cats like dogs also....
my kitty used to know how to "fetch".. but long time no play liaoz.. he some times forgot... -
