What to do with sick cat?

There's this stray kitty near my house which has recently gave birth to a litter of 5 cute kittens. But I think the mother kitty is now sick
Though I am not sure...went to feed her with fishes this morning but she refused to eat and I noticed her fur coat is wet and doesn't look as shiny as normal. When I patted her on her head she just lifted it up a bit and tried to meow, but no sound can be heard. Plus she seems very lethargic...
Anyone who has cats here who can tell me what to do for a lethargic mother cat? She still needs to feed her kittens even when she looks sick...poor thing

Find owners for the kittens and put the mother cat to sleep.
Do give the kittens warm blankets and hot stones to keep them warm when she's gone. Feed them milk mixed with a bit of butter as cat milk is somewhat thicker than cow milk. -

Otherwise you just have to let nature do its course and usually that's a double edged sword.
2 options.
Up to you. You can also google to see if there is any society near you that is similar to SPCA. If you are in Selangor - I think they have SPCA branch there. -
Hi, if it is possible, try to get them sheltered. The kittens are very dependable on their mother now, if you euthanized their mom, the kittens will probably follows as well.
Let nature take its course, don't interfere by killing the mum, we won't know whether the mum will die or not or just feeling signs of weakness. But what you could do to help is to give them a place where they can rest, shielded from hot sun or rain and thus allowing the mum to recuperate.
Try feeding her milk instead, doubt she has the strength to chew or eat the fish. Start with something light and hope she can recover. -
