have you ever had this type of headache?

  your hand and feets become cold and you start to sweat then you head begin to ache. sometimes left side hurts so bad that you can't feel your right hand like it has become numb and you see black spots.. and you keep vomiting..
  
  i hate this ..because every month i'll get this at least twice.. can anyone tell me what type of headache is this and how do i avoid having it??

  i noe of someone play mahjong halfway stomachache
  tot is eat wrong thing or wat
  then see doc, doc say very critical, immediately send to hospital

  ..... but everytime i got this headache my parents will say that i sit infront of the com too long then got this headache.. then they start scolding i doubt they'll bring me 2 a doc..
  
  oh ya and when this headache comes i forget to say i also feel very very sleepy my eyes jus wana close and sleep..

  WESTERN DOCTOR DONT UNDERSTAND WHY, THEY ONLY GIVE U PANADOLS.

  My advice is, go to a polyclinic and get a referral to see a specialist.
