  you see liao feel very sian right
  
  But if you see colourful one , it will brighten you up right

  i dont get such headaches...even with bright lights that are glaring. i think you better see a doc. how old are you? why must wait for parents to take you to the doc?

  That I believe, Panamol, like Panadol, is the brand/model name.
  
  I believe u mean Paracetamol.... not Paracetomol.
  
  Paracetamol is merely the chemical component contained in the tablet.... Due to its analgesic and antipyretic properties, it is good for headaches and pain and fever.
  
  Panadol Extra, which contains Caffeine, may help to alleviate the symptoms
  TS is experiencing, assuming he has no known allergies to Paracetamol or Caffeine.
  
  Like what another forumer said, TS seems to be suffering from severe migraine, based on the symptoms he is experience. My advice is, see a doctor, and he may prescribe Caffegot (sic?), a stronger migraine medication for him.
  
  Like what others stressed, TS should just go and see a doctor. Meanwhile, he should avoid bright areas or tv/monitor screens, keep himself in a dark quiet room to alleviate the condition. You can google more about migraine on the net.
