You stay there , June & July is the heavy mosquito season . I went there during June for camp , came back with 30+ bites.

Well water is free, only pay diesel to power up electricity and may be yearly property tax. Food is cheap if I supplement with farming. I will walk and cycle, so no travelling expenses. -
