Why is it unsafe to eat bloody meat?

  We all know that during the process of slaughter, the animal is drained of blood to make the meat safe for consumption.
  
  But why is bloody meat unsafe to eat?

  Got it. Blood; beside transporting oxygen, CO2, etc; also transport metabolic waste and bacteria.
  
  And same as a mortician draining blood from a corpse, blood is drained from the livestock to prevent decomposition.

  Blood provides rich nutrient for microbes to grow. Eat bloody meat machiam eating meat + potentially gazillions of microbes if it is not processed properly...
  
  In microbiology, we even use blood agars as a culture medium to grow some of the more fastidious microbes.

  den wad bout steak?? most of the ppl who ordered steak, requested either rare cook (20%) or medium rare (25%).. it contains blood too... thou nt so much...
