Why is it unsafe to eat bloody meat?

  Bloody steak is more like meat juice rather than blood.

  hannor pig liver very nice, especially those u eat during steamboat where u put raw pig liver into the soup to cook

  I always eat my pork liver half cooked, cooked might as well not eat.
  
  First and last time i had steak was at ikea, the blood somewhat tasted somewhat good, so was the meat, all chewy and stuff.
  
  Bloody chicken wings though, eat liao laosai....

  yesh pig's blood is solidified. not sure if they add something to make it curdle or through some other processes. but the end product is cut into cubes so it looks like pale red tofu.
