  Last time when I was smaller, I found I had no $$ to get home one day, so I "borrowed" some $$ from passer-bys.

  its not only 1 cheater.. heard of the exact same cases in AMK while i was in the police force during NS.
  
  1 thing i felt is that SPF does not broadcast its cases at all. Not sure the reason why though.

  i dunno about the general public but i would prefer to know what is happening in the neighbourhood rather than sticking my head into the sand, thinking that SG is a peaceful place and robberies and snatch theft are rare. (They are not.)
