  is around A and B (both are quite close in the pic), but more to A
  
  TS.. after your menses ended for a week, you go and eat the Bai Feng Wan which can be purchased from chinese medical hall.... when your next menses came, you will not have cramps anymore (mostly).... it's pills in a bottle
  
  also, dont consume too much cold drinks (at all times, not too much la....)
  
  if during menses then cramp, then you can try eating hot stuffs, like hot soup noodles.... (might not work for everyone tho)

  for some reason it tickles me each time i pass by those needle therapy thingy shops becoz they like to display pictures of nude men........the only porn accepted in public....

  lie down on your bed and sleeeeeeeep? well, it did work. but not always. my mum trusts prime evening rose oil a lot, she swears by it .. supposedly, you r nt too strong, hence the cramps. hot water is good =)
