I eat a lot of ham sandwiches.
Besides too much salt intake, what other things may cause hair fall? It's scary leh, today my hair is like, everytime I comb my fingers thru my hair, a strand comes off.

Try not to irritate your hair too much

I think my diet is screwed up too. But I hardly have appetite for anything. I just eat so I have energy to move and run around... and I don't really take note of what I eat... It's all food to me...
